Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ONA.UNO and paid plan purchases through ona.uno. By using ONA.UNO or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

License Scope

ONA.UNO is licensed, not sold.

  • Free: includes a one-time intro entitlement (currently 50 Advanced AI actions in a 30-day window). Unused intro actions expire when the intro window ends and are not automatically renewed.
  • Pro Monthly: recurring monthly paid plan with unlimited Advanced AI while the subscription is active.
  • Pro Lifetime: one-time paid plan with unlimited Advanced AI for the purchased major version.

Pro Lifetime major-version policy:

  • Future major versions may require a paid upgrade.
  • If you purchased Pro Lifetime within 24 months before a major version release, that major upgrade is included at no additional charge.

Billing and Merchant of Record

Paid plans are sold through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, tax handling, and payment-related support workflows for purchases made through Paddle checkout.

For Pro Monthly, subscription renewals and cancellations are handled through Paddle billing systems. If you cancel, access remains active until the current paid period ends unless otherwise required by law or platform policy.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds for purchases made via Paddle are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record according to Paddle’s policies and applicable law.

You can request a refund through Paddle channels (for example, links in your receipt or Paddle support flows). If needed, you can also contact [email protected] and we will help route your request.

BYOK and Third-Party AI Costs

Cloud AI usage in ONA.UNO uses a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model with OpenRouter. OpenRouter usage costs are billed by OpenRouter under your OpenRouter account and are separate from ONA.UNO plan pricing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, ONA.UNO is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law:

  • ONA.UNO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
  • For Pro Lifetime, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant one-time purchase.
  • For Pro Monthly, total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory legal protections that may apply.

The courts at the registered domicile of Reckoner GmbH are the place of jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal venue rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published at /terms with its effective date.
